We will confirm your purchase request within 24 hours depending on the availability.
Product will be at your doorstep within 2-7 days unless specified otherwise.
Once the seller confirms the sale request, we will pick up and deliver on the scheduled delivery days (Tuesdays and Saturdays).
The buyer has to be present at the time of delivery to inspect the product as there will be no refund or return once delivery is accepted.
Once you submit a request for purchase, the seller removes their item from the market. That means they lose the ability to sell it to anyone else.
Please check dimensions before you purchase to reinsure that the product fits into the designated space and through your doorway/stairway. Before selecting an item it’s important to be confident of your purchase.

Once you submit a purchase request, we will inform the seller and hold your payment. The seller has 24 hours to confirm your purchase. If the seller confirms, we will process your payment.
If the seller doesn’t confirm the request on time, we’ll cancel the sale and release the hold on your account.
Any product above the price of Rs. 25,000 will require a bank transfer from you to our bank. The buyer is required to make the payment via bank transfer within 24 hours of confirmation of the order (not applicable for national/bank holidays). Below Rs.25,000 we provide the facility of COD. Please keep the exact payment ready in case of COD at the time of delivery.
All intercity orders require payment via bank transfer to process the order.
If your delivery address is outside our marked zone, extra delivery charges will apply. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email if applicable.
Extra charges apply for delivery above or below ground floor. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email if applicable.
Please make sure that your purchased product fits through your doorway/stairway.
There will be no Return or Refund for intercity deliveries.
SoUnique is not responsible for any damage incurred to the product during delivery (Karachi or nationwide).
Return & Refund
Our inspection team will verify the item for accuracy at the pickup location before taking it. If we encounter any issues with the product, our team will get in touch with us from the pickup location and we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone.
If your product arrives and it doesn’t match the listing description, let us know at the time of the delivery. We will send it back right away. In case of bank transfer it will take 2-5 days for a refund only if the item does not match the listing. However, once inspected by you and paid for, the delivery is considered final and we will neither return nor refund once our team leaves your location.
If you take the product, we cannot hold its discrepancies against the seller and we’ll be obligated to complete the sale.
We are here by phone and WhatsApp to help you talk through any concerns or issues. Contact us and we will try to work with you to resolve the issue immediately according to our terms and conditions.
If you decide you don’t like the product you’ve received even though it’s the right piece, we’ll help you to resell it through SoUnique. You will have to keep the product till it resells. We’ll waive our sellers’ fee to help you earn back your expenses but we will charge for delivery, all applicable taxes and insurance.
Disassemble and Reassemble
If your product requires minor disassembly, our delivery team will disassemble the product for you at time of pickup. It’s important that they do so as it will help them understand how to (minor) reassemble the product quickly at the buyer’s location.
If your product is already disassembled, our delivery team will take the product in good faith. However, the seller will assume full responsibility if any pieces, screws, and/or tools are missing.
Our delivery team can do minor furniture disassembly and reassembly in order to remove products from your home. Please keep in mind that a professional disassembly/reassembly service will be required if your furniture requires extensive disassembly/reassembly. We are not able to provide you with that service.
Sellers will be required to cover the cost of the disassembly (minor).
Buyers will be required to cover the cost of reassembly (minor).
