Listing your product on SoUnique is very easy. You can post items for sale on SoUnique simply by clicking on ‘Sell’ on the top of our page. Add brightly-lit photos from different angles, provide the item’s details and name your price you wish to sell it for.
It takes a few hours for our team to approve your listing. If more information is needed during the approval process, our team will reach out via email or WhatsApp.
We allow pre-owned home furnishings and accessories that are clean, usable, and accurately represented.
We do NOT allow the sale of the following items for the specified reasons below:
- Bathroom and kitchen goods
- Electrical equipment
We reserve the right not to post any product which does not follow the guidelines stated above.
Listing is free on SoUnique. When you make a sale, we charge a small fee from the selling price of your product. Our service fee ranging from 10%-30% will be added by us onto your sale price after you have published your product. The price of your product with our added service fee will be displayed as the listing price on our website.
This fee includes customer support, helps advertise your item(s), handle payment processing (i.e., bank transfer and COD insurance), insurance and logistics (where applicable).
SoUnique uses its discretion to charge service fee on products priced at 1500/ pkr & below.
So Unique is only available right now in Karachi. Feel free to sell from outside our coverage area but delivery fee will be calculated as per our logistics partners’ rates.
In special cases, we can make arrangements to have an item shipped outside of these areas (higher delivery fees may apply). Please contact us and we’ll help you out.
We will also not be able to inspect the condition of the product. Hence it will be buyer’s risk.
For resale we suggest to price products at least 50% off their original price depending on the years and how gently it has been used. Do remember that unless a collectible all furniture and accessories depreciate in their value. Hence pricing it at an attractive price will enable you to sell faster.
Our service fee ranging from 10%-35% will be added by us onto your sale price after you have published your product.
Once you have signed in go to ‘My Account’, Click on ‘My Listing’ scroll to the product you’re trying to edit, click on ‘Edit’. Remember to click on ‘Update’ once you’re done!
We strongly recommend you unpublish any item that is no longer available with you as soon as possible. This prevents potential buyers from purchasing an item that is no longer available. If you are unable to do so, contact us immediately so we can help you out.
Once a buyer purchases your product, it will be marked as ‘Sold.’ You will be notified via email or WhatsApp to confirm the sale request.
SoUnique delivery days are Tuesdays and Saturdays between 10am-7pm, we consolidate our pickup/delivery for certain areas. We will notify you 30-45 minutes before arrival, please be available for pickup/delivery. Our inspection team will check the condition of your product as specified by you and if they find no discrepancy, they will pick up the said piece for delivery to the buyer.
Payment will be transferred into your account between 2-to-5 working days after delivery is confirmed, subject to your bank’s processing time.
If you don’t receive your payment within 7 days, please contact us and we’ll assist you with your payment.
Please make sure your item is available before confirming a purchase request. Canceling a sale after having confirmed the purchase request is prohibited by SoUnique and the seller will be blacklisted from any future transactions.
We strongly recommend you to be present at the time our pickup team arrives at your doorstep so as to avoid any confusion. If you are unavailable at the time of pickup do let us know at least an hour before the time of pickup. So we can reschedule it for the next day of our scheduled pickup/delivery days.
If our inspection team finds any discrepancy in the description of the product during pick-up, SoUnique reserves the right to cancel the sale. Please make sure you list your product honestly and accurately to avoid such a situation.
As a seller, when you confirm your purchase request, the buyer would stop their effort. They have already waited for several days to make sure that they are going to receive the product. Moreover, the buyer of your product has dedicated time and is already expecting to receive the product.

All sales are final on SoUnique. Buyers may only request to return the product at the time of delivery and get a refund if the item was misrepresented in the listing. In this case your earnings will be returned to the buyer but if the product is as described, the seller will get to keep the earnings.
The most frequent reasons why buyers request a refund are:
- The item was listed in wrong conditions
- The item’s dimensions are incorrect
To avoid any returns please make sure that you thoroughly, and accurately, describe the item you’re selling. Make note of any signs of wear, like stains or possible tear in the description and provide photos of any damage.
Upon delivery if the buyer doesn’t like the product, we will assist the buyer in reselling the same at our website. Till the time of resale the furniture piece will stay with the buyer. SoUnique does not store any furniture piece or accessory on the behalf of the seller or buyer. In case of resale SoUnique will waive its fee, however, delivery, insurance and all applicable taxes will be deducted from the price.

You can purchase a wide range of furniture; sofas, chairs, tables, beds, storage items, tableware, lighting, décor and art are all available from time to time. These products are all pre-owned and in good condition.

SoUnique is only available in Karachi. We are working to make this service available for cities like Lahore and Islamabad as soon as possible. However, feel free to buy from outside our coverage area but delivery fee will be calculated as per our logistics partners’ rates.

We will also not be able to inspect the condition of the product. Hence it will be at buyer’s risk.
Once you have submitted a purchase request, we will inform the seller and hold your payment in case of bank transfer. The seller has 24 hours to confirm your purchase. If the seller confirms, we’ll process your payment. Product(s) over Rs. 25,000 will require a bank transfer from you to our SoUnique account. In case of billing amount below Rs. 25,000 you have a facility of COD (please make sure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery).
If the seller doesn’t confirm the request on time, we will cancel the sale and release the hold on your account.
Right after checking out you’ll be informed of the delivery date. Our delivery days are Tuesdays and Saturdays between 10 am and 7 pm.
We cannot cancel sales solely at the buyer’s request, out of respect to the seller. Once a buyer purchases an item, the seller’s item is listed as ‘Sold’ and they lose the ability to sell their product to anyone else. Please review our Returns & Refund policy to understand instances where we provide a return/refund to buyers.
Please make sure the furniture you’d like to purchase fits through your door. Take the time to review the measurements of the item you’re getting and compare them to the space that you have at home where you want to place the furniture.
If a product you purchased does not fit in your space but the dimensions in the listing are accurate, we will proceed with finalizing the sale. Since sales are final, you cannot return the product, but you can choose to either accept the product or keep the product and re-sell it on SoUnique.
In the case that you want to re-sell the product you purchased, we will waive the selling fee. However, we will charge for logistical support, insurance and all applicable taxes. Keep in mind, you will have to keep the product until it re-sells.

Please contact us at the time of the delivery with evidence of the discrepancies. Keep in mind that we cannot hold sellers accountable for any discrepancies to the item if you respond after the delivery has been accepted and payment has been made.

We’ll pick up/deliver the product on either of the two days Tuesdays or Saturdays between 10 am and 7 pm. We will notify you 30-45 minutes before arrival so you are present at the time of pickup/delivery.
At pickup, our delivery team will:
- View the item for accuracy and authenticity vs. the listing
- Ensure the measurements are correct
- Inspect for cleanliness
- Take photos to validate the condition of the product
- Wrap and cover the item for delivery to its new home
If the delivery team notices a potential discrepancy with the product’s condition, they will reach out to the SoUnique team and buyer to gain approval for delivery.
Once the product is verified, our delivery team will wrap, cover and deliver the product to the buyer.
On Tuesdays and Saturdays our team will pick up the products from the sellers between 10am to 2 pm. We will call you 30 – 45 minutes before the arrival of the team to ensure your availability.
From 3 pm to 7 pm the products will be at your doorstep on the same days as mentioned above. We will call you 30-45 minutes before arrival to ensure your availability.
In case of COD please have the exact amount ready at time of delivery.
Extra logistics fee will be charged if furniture pickup or delivery is above or below ground floor.
If your product requires minor disassembly, our delivery team will disassemble the furniture for you at time of pickup for a nominal fee to be collected from you at the time of the pick-up. It’s important that they do so as it will help them understand how to reassemble the furniture quickly at the buyer’s location.
If your product is already disassembled, our delivery team will take the product in good faith. However, the seller will assume full responsibility if any pieces, screws, and/or tools are missing.
We do not provide extensive disassembly service. Please make sure to have your furniture disassembled from before, making sure all hardware is accounted for.
Similarly, we do not provide extensive reassembly service to our buyers. Please make sure you have hired services required for this purpose.
All sales are final on SoUnique. However, buyers may request to return a product and get a refund if the product was misrepresented in the listing.
